This is an eclectic folk album with a heart of hope. Born from my brutiful (brutal and beautiful) journey with chronic illness, these songs came along to light my way in the darkest of caves. I hope they bring light to your lives as well.

The original tracks were recorded in Truth or Consequences, NM during the pandemic. I met up with a dear producer friend Rob Stroup, and together at the foot of Turtleback Mountain, we quarantined and lay down the guitar and vocal tracks. Then I sent each song out to the incredible musicians on this album, and layer by layer the songs took form. It was a slow, thrilling adventure for which I am ever grateful.
